Morgan Cornell is an experienced youth and high school lacrosse coach from Schuylerville, NY. He currently serves as head coach of the boys’ varsity lacrosse team for Schuylerville High School. Under his leadership, the team recently captured the Section 2 Class D Championship.
Morgan also works with youth‑level lacrosse through Schuylerville Youth Lacrosse — helping introduce the sport to younger players and foster their growth.
He played collegiate lacrosse at Castleton State College, where he gained firsthand experience as a player before turning to coaching.
Motivated by a passion for teaching the game and supporting young athletes, Coach Cornell brings dedication, local roots, and a strong commitment to both skill development and sportsmanship.
Andrew Smith is the head varsity lacrosse coach at Stillwater High School (Stillwater, NY).
In 2024‑25 under Coach Smith’s leadership, the Warriors posted an impressive 13‑4 overall record and went 11‑0 in league play. He also serves as the varsity lacrosse coach for the combined Stillwater‑Mechanicville Boys Lacrosse Team, which finished the 2025 season with a 13‑5 record.
Coach Smith brings dedication, local roots, and a commitment to developing young players — both in skill and sportsmanship. He is passionate about growing the game in the community and helping every member of the team reach their potential.
Our 2027 team trains with a high-energy, development-focused practice schedule designed to build strong fundamentals, sharpen lacrosse IQ, and elevate overall performance. Players will work through skill development, position-specific training, gameplay concepts, and full-speed competitive reps — all led by experienced Stags coaches dedicated to helping each athlete grow.
